Who we are
Signature Outdoor Spaces (trading as SOS Landscaping) is a landscaping business run by Guy Finch, based at 24 Common Lane, Kenilworth, CV8 2ER. What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote and carry out work:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your town or postcode and the address of the garden to be quoted.
- Details of the work you are asking about, including budget and timescale.
- Correspondence between us: messages, quotes and invoices.
We do not ask for card or bank details through this website, and we do not collect special category data.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a visit.
- To prepare and send a quote, then to plan and carry out agreed work.
- To invoice you and keep the records we are required by law to keep.
- To deal with any aftercare or questions once the work is finished.
Our lawful bases are your consent when you send an enquiry, the performance of a contract once you accept a quote, and our legal obligations for tax and accounting records.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by Guy Finch and, where necessary to carry out the work, by the team on site. We use ordinary business tools: email, phone and website hosting, and those providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer relevant. Records relating to completed work, including quotes and invoices, are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and aftercare purposes.
Cookies and this website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages that embed a Google Map may set cookies from Google when the map loads, governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on 07466 254430 or at finchfinishings@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
