Built, cleared and checked
A team of at least two on site, tidied down as they go, and a proper walk-round with you at the end. If anything needs attention later, one call and Guy comes back.
Prices vary with access, ground conditions and logistics, so every quote comes from seeing the garden rather than a rate card. Payment is straightforward: smaller jobs settle on completion, larger jobs are staged at the end of the first week and again at the end. How is the work priced?
Around 95% of jobs are quoted as a fixed price, so you know the cost before anyone starts. A day rate is available occasionally where a fixed price genuinely doesn't suit the work. Prices vary with access, ground conditions and logistics, which is why every quote is based on seeing the garden rather than a rate card.
Who buys the materials?
Materials are purchased by you, the customer. Guy advises on the layout and which materials suit the space and budget, then you buy them, so you can see exactly what you are paying for the stone, timber or turf.
When do I pay?
On smaller jobs the payment is made on completion. On larger jobs payments are staged: one at the end of the first week and the balance on completion.
Do you offer a design service?
Guy will happily work through the layout with you and suggest materials as part of quoting the job. This is practical, on-site advice; it is not a professional design service and does not include CAD drawings or printed plans.
What happens if something needs attention later?
We stand behind our work. If anything ever needs attention after we've finished, just give us a call and Guy will come back and put it right.
